The Serious community for the casual gamer!
Since 2006!
What is =FU=?
=FU= is a community that is aimed for mature gamers that enjoy casual gaming with friends without too stressful demands on your activity as a member.
=FU= is a social community and should not be viewed as a competitive team. Participating in any event is always voluntary.
We are an active gaming community in: WoT and Planetside 2.
We also have a smaller group playing BF2, BF3, BF2:PR and DayZ
Policies
1) Social gaming:
Our community is based around social aspects of gaming and not competitive. We do offer our members the ability to participate in leagues and to hold training but everything is done on voluntary basis. It is through our members own initiative that they arrange and participate in specialized events such as training or competitive gaming.
2) What we expect of our members:
Being part of our community does not impose a lot of duties or requirements. We do expect to see our members online at least once a month.
We expect every member to be teamwork oriented and to have a good gaming sportsmanship.
If we arrange matches against other teams we play to win. Participation is voluntary but if you do participate you are expected to do your best for the team.
Members who volunteer for administrative tasks are expected to perform them to the best of their abilities or find someone else, more suitable, to replace them. We do take our community seriously and signing up for a task you will not perform properly will damage our community.
To ensure the success of our community we need to respect the efforts of our fellow members and also contribute with whatever we can ourselves.
3) Activity policy:
Planetside 2 Outfit
Our outfit is not a place for uncooperative or inactive gamers. Every two weeks we check through the list for members who have not registered with our community. Any player on the list that has not registered with the community after two weeks since they joined will be considered as uncooperative or inactive and removed by default from the outfit.
The Community
To avoid herding inactive members in our community we follow up on the last login dates for the following services that we use:
Teamspeak
Our Forum
Our Teamspeak server always records the last login date of our members and if a member has not been seen for more than 30 days he will be listed as inactive. At this point the member will be contacted about this. Sometimes it might just be that the member has changed login name and thus the records show him as inactive.
Our roster records the last login date at our forum for each member of our community. If a member has not logged on our forum for more than 30 days we will contact that member and hopefully sort out any problems with his forum use or receive a confirmation that he has indeed gone inactive.
If no confirmation is given after our attempts to contact a member we will delete them from our roster by default after another 30 days.
In special cases when a member has to go away for a longer period of time he/she can request to be put in our Rest and Recreation area. This means that we will allow the member to be inactive for a whole year without any actions taken. If nothing is seen or heard from the member in any category (Teamspeak, xfire and the forum) after the year has passed, the member will be removed by default.

Events:
Our community hold many different kinds of events that our members and friends of our community can participate in. Some events are section (game) based while other involve the whole community.
Events will always be announced on our forum and if you are unsure of the upcoming program you can always turn to an administrative member.
We roughly divide our events into two categories. Open events and Closed events.
Open events: Means that anyone, from any community, can participate. These kind of events usually involve public meetings on our teamspeak where we discuss relevant topics or simply arrange a game together. Sunday evenings are our usual get-together events. You can consider every Sunday evening as a default event.
Closed events: Involve administrative meetings or matches against other teams. It is usually required to sign up for the matches in advance so that the arrangers can estimate how big it will be and plan the event more in detail.
PCW (Peaceful Clan War) is the most common type of match we arrange against other teams. It means that the game is not merely focused on winning as the results are not recorded in any league. We do play to win but not on the expense of fun.
