Agents prioritize mission success and avoid direct confrontations with other players, whether in ship combat or FPS scenarios, unless provoked by interference with mission objectives. This approach allows TCW to maintain a professional focus on objectives while minimizing unnecessary conflict with other factions or players. Agents will use their skills and resources strategically to complete missions, relying on diplomacy, stealth, and careful planning rather than aggressive tactics. If confronted, Agents will attempt to de-escalate or evade conflict when possible, only engaging in combat as a last resort to protect mission integrity. By emphasizing mission accomplishment over PvP encounters, TCW can operate efficiently without jeopardizing the larger objective.

|OPERATIVES| Data Extract & Hacking

Operatives specialize in covert data extraction and hacking. They operate solo or in small teams, focusing on accessing restricted areas, bypassing security systems, and securing valuable information.

Smugglers excel in transporting illegal goods, vehicles, and sensitive data across systems without detection. They utilize stealth and cunning to avoid law enforcement and rival criminals.

-Smuggling operations include:

• Concealing contraband in modified ship compartments
• Managing loading and unloading goods and vehicles
• Navigating through restricted zones
• Delivering illegal goods and vehicles to specified drop points

-Illegal data running requires:

• Ensuring safe, secure, and time-efficient routes
• Extracting stolen data from various sources
• Delivering stolen data to specified systems, locations, or players
• Prioritizing the end destination above all else

Affiliated agents within LESHEN / BLKSUNSU choosing to explore will be focusing on activities such as scanning for resources, mapping locations, and collecting samples. Discovery and surveying of unknown jump points will also be an important part of expanding the universe, as they are the only method of travelling between systems.

-Time spent will involve various activities:

• Locating valuable resources across different systems and planets.
• Charting new or unexplored regions of space, jump points, and planetary surfaces.
• Gathering specimens of flora, fauna, or other materials for scientific study.

Affiliated agents within MAALT will spend the majority of their time on legal data delivery, specializing in the movement of knowledge and information rather than general commodities. Much like the unconventional practice of data smugglers this route ensures your reputation is respected amongst the greater population. This also includes Physical transport for the movement of vehicles and passengers for individual contracts or ongoing client operations.

-Data transport requires:

• Ensuring safe, secure, and time-efficient routes
• Extracting data from various sources
• Delivering data to specified systems, locations, or players
• Prioritizing the end destination above all else

-Physical transport involves:

• Planning safe and time-efficient routes
• Managing loading and unloading
• Delivering to designated systems and locations
• Ensuring passenger safety
• Providing sustenance for passengers during transport

RULES & REGULATIONS

|CODE OF CONDUCT|

Agents are required to treat each other as well as clients with professionalism regardless of personal differences within or outside of Star Citizen. While constructive criticisms are encouraged hostile acts and comments pertaining to race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation will not be tolerated. These behaviors may be used as grounds for disciplinary action including dismissal.

|LAW OF CONTRACTS|

Contracts will be obtained from TCW hierarchy or directly from a client. High value contracts require logistical planning between both parties to ensure the route taken is safe, secure, and time efficient. Traversal to the end destination will always be top priority, under no condition should agents reveal their active contracts. If the operation goes awry a purge on all data aboard is required with no exceptions.

If an agent has a moral objection to a contract request, they may reserve the right to pass it on to a colleague. However, if an agent has accepted a contract, then it must be seen through to completion regardless of new information that comes to light. The sensitivity of personal identity and contract details will be determined by the client. If that request is broken this also may be used as grounds for disciplinary action including dismissal.

With our provided services most agents will be of the opportunist mindset. An opportunity not yet tied to a contract through clients or TCW hierarchy is encouraged for self-profit. Ensuring professionalism remains consistent when conducting our specific roles independently. As you are a direct representation of how we conduct business within the verse.

|CLIENT EXPECTATIONS|

Utilize third-party or in game assets to announce contract requests directly to the appropriate agent. While utilizing the TCW Hierarchy for sensitive contracts that require absolute discretion. Uphold agreements set between TCW and the organization being represented. Also, able to negotiate the risk versus reward factor when coming to an agreement on a contract. Whether it be a set hourly wage, or a definitive price determined by events within the verse.
