Unforgotten Mining, Inc. is a strictly military-affiliated corporation focused on the mining and acquisition of materials for production, and transportation of those materials and products. If you are interested in joining, please read the recruitment section for more info!
History
Many games are polluted with a younger generation of individuals who, we feel, hinder our enjoyment of the game. This corporation is run by a group of military members who enjoy playing with others, provided they are mature. That being said, we decided to form a strictly military-affiliated corp, 1) to ensure we only recruit people of a mature age, and 2) everyone we game with has a common ground.
Manifesto
It seems most corporations are focusing on either combat, exploration, or piracy. There don’t seem to be very many organizations out there who will be focusing on the acquisition of resources and production. We plan to take advantage of this and become a dominant mining corporation. Strip mining asteroid belts and planets, transporting raw materials and products to trade hubs… money will be made, lots of it.
Charter
First and foremost, this corporation is and will always be strictly military affiliated. What does that mean? Anyone who currently serves or has served in any branch of any country’s military, whether it be active duty military, reserves, or guard is considered military. Family members, spouses, children (limited) of those military members is considered military affiliated. Note, friends of military is not military affiliated.
We know this limits who can join the corporation and will most likely disqualify some players who we would like to play with. That being said, we will openly affiliate with other corporations/organizations with similar goals as us.
