United Imperial Federation / UIFN

While the game is being developed we would like to build a dedicated and organized group in the Star Citizen Universe. We are hoping to accomplish a lot in the initial stages of Star Citizen’s release and carve out a place of the Verse’ just for us.

Our overall goal is to have fun and to create a welcoming environment for all players; new, returning or veterans. At launch, we are planning to acquire an area in fringe(null-sec) space to establish our capital and expand. We want to find to a beneficial location for our faction to have a prosperous/strategic economy with access to a variety of materials for crafting and trading purposes. We’d also want to create a military force to patrol routes and defend our territory. The fleet we’d like to create will be a home for any and all pilots who are willing to contribute to the organization.

While this organization may be new and we are still working on growing/expanding it, this is also the best time to foster a warm and welcoming community we would be proud to promote to others and be an inclusive place for any and all people to feel welcome.

TREATY ESTABLISHING A CONSTITUTION FOR THE UNITED IMPERIAL FEDERATION

This constitution for the United Imperial Federation, as ratified on the Fourth of September of the year 2022 hereby sets aside the rules, regulations, and code for the United Imperial Federation as determined by the United Imperial Federation Parliament.

ARTICLE ONE: Conduct and Expectations of Members
Each Member in the United Imperial Federation are expected to follow the rules, regulations, and conduct set forth under Article One and its following sections.

I. Be respectful – Treat others the way you want to be treated. 

II. Real life first – We all have a real life, and we firmly believe that keeping these things before gaming is a priority.

III. Do not spam promotions, sales, giveaways, or Twitch/YouTube streams

IV. No griefing, cheating, or utilizing exploits

V. No spoilers

VI. No drama

VII. No tinyurls or other link shorteners

VIII. Do not promote your own organizations, or advertise them with the intention of poaching our members.

ARTICLE TWO: Parliamentary Ranks and UIF Roles
This article details the positions attainable by any member within the United Imperial Federation and Roles you can enroll in within the UIF.

PARLIAMENTARY RANKS

Members will come in at the lowest rank and may attain higher ranks based on involvement within the UIF. (Note: All ranks are HONORARY. They hold no real power and are used to show who the more active members within the UIF are. All members, regardless of rank, are allowed to participate and vote when Parliament is called. Members can gain higher ranks by actively interacting with others on Discord (excluding Chancellor and Emperor rank).

Ranks are listed below:

A) Member
B) Senator
C) Magister
D) Consul
E) Chancellor – The second in command of the United Imperial Federation. The Chancellor is chosen by the Emperor or voted into office with a two-thirds majority by the UIF Parliament if needed. The Chancellor serves until the resignation of the current Emperor or abdication.
F) Emperor – The de-facto Head of State for the United Imperial Federation. The Emperor is elected by UIF Parliament with a two-thirds majority and serves for life or abdication.

Members of the United Imperial Federation may have their membership status revoked based upon any violations which may have been breached. All violations which will be investigated by the United Imperial Federation Ethics Commission are listed below:

DISTRIBUTION OF REAL-LIFE PERSONAL INFORMATION

These rules, regulations, and codes determined by the United Imperial Federation Parliament, on the signing of this Constitution, on the Fourth of September of the year 2022. All Members given membership status into the United Imperial Federation must abide by these rules or find themselves punished accordingly by the United Imperial Federation Ethics Commission.
