In the beginning of the 27th Century ULTRACORP was part of BCK, (back then a massive terraforming conglomerate) as a partner in the mining industry under the BCK brand.

Although ULTRACORP did not agree in getting involved with ArcCorp known for its infamous business practices and voted worst corporation by Kaizen. ArcCorp through a hostile take over acquired BCK.

During the process of the acquisition ULTRACORP found out BCK was up to no good accusing BCK of corporate wrong doing.
With what was left, ULTRACORP broke away from BCK prior the completion of the acquisition with ArcCorp as a separate entity known as “ULTRACORP.”

On its own, ULTRACORP took on what it knew how to do best, which was mining and fueling to start with. Through time, ULTRACORP diversifies its portfolio exploring on new ventures, finding its place, and writing its story in the stars of the cosmos.
