History
In the lawless expanse beyond UEE-controlled space, where shattered colonies and abandoned outposts drift in the black, the Void Wardens carved their legend. Born from the ashes of the Osiris Rebellion, a failed uprising against corrupt megacorps, the first Wardens were exiled miners, mercenaries, and smugglers who refused to kneel. With no home to return to, they vanished into the void—only to emerge as a ruthless and united force.
Operating from The Black Bastion, an ancient derelict station hidden in the eye of a drifting nebula, the Void Wardens enforce their own code: Freedom through Strength, Loyalty unto Death. They strike from the shadows, ambushing corporate convoys and raiding rival syndicates. But they’re not just pirates—they see themselves as guardians of the forgotten, offering refuge to outcasts and rebels willing to prove their worth.
Legends say their leader, known only as The Warden, was once a UEE Navy officer betrayed by his own command. Under his rule, the Void Wardens grew from scattered rogues to a disciplined brotherhood—each member bearing the mark of the Void, a symbol of their oath to protect their own and punish those who exploit the weak.
To the outside world, they are ghosts—silent and swift, leaving only wreckage in their wake. But to those who call the void home, the Void Wardens are freedom’s last hope in a galaxy ruled by greed.

They strike with surgical precision, never wasting time on petty skirmishes—but when provoked, their vengeance is swift and devastating.
They carry themselves with an air of quiet menace, their presence alone enough to make rivals reconsider. While they are pragmatic and calculating, the Wardens harbor a deep respect for those who share their sense of loyalty and strength.
