We recognize that Vulcan members will come from all walks of life. Different cultures, different societies, different beliefs. This can cause problems because there may be varying definitions of what is acceptable behavior and what is not. Whilst we respect that and make provisions for potential conflict due to widely divergent beliefs, the only thing that matters to Vulcan as a whole is OUR ORGANIZATION and the code of conduct that governs our organization: the SOP. Most of this can be summed up with one word:

We are striving to be a community where players can come and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere while finding new friends and discuss everything the game has to offer, so in order to make it a positive experience for everyone, here are our rules we expect you to follow:

I. IGNORANCE OF THE RULES IS NOT AN EXCUSE

By entering this server, you agree that you have read, and understood, the rules as outlined below.

II. RESPECT OTHER MEMBERS

Show no disrespect to other members no matter their role, religion, race or gender. This includes: trolling, griefing, name-calling, flaming, degrading others, racism, sexism, homophobia, harassment, insulting, bigotry, and other forms of unwanted unpleasantry.

III. NO PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may not attempt to obtain passwords or any private information from any member on this server, this also includes impersonating other people or collecting personal details (doxing) to damage their reputation or identity. This is not tolerated even if it’s made with humor in mind and will result in permanent removal from the ORG as it is a serious offense and against our policy.

IV. ADULT CONTENT

We are a gaming and military community; don’t post illegal, degrading, nude or racist material. Any graphic adult content will be grounds for an immediate, and permanent, ban.

V. MATURE LANGUAGE

Swearing and explicit language is allowed, just don’t be vulgar and abusive towards other members(personal attacks), there is no need for that.

VI. GENERAL LANGUAGE

This ORG uses primarily the English language for communication. When posting screenshots or tutorials in other languages please provide an English translation if someone asks for it.

VII. NO SPAM

Excessive use of capital letters emotes, emojis, reactions or mentions to make your point is not advisable and will be interpreted as spam. Spam also includes sending the same message to many channels, continuously posting unrelated information into channels or repeatedly sending someone DM’s, or mentions, even if they ask you not to.

VIII. RELEVANT DISCUSSIONS

Keep channels on topic and post all discussion related to games, in the appropriate game channel when possible, etc. Avoid purposefully derailing ongoing conversations in channels and try to keep your discussions not only relevant but also cohesive.

IX. ORG INVITATIONS

You may not promote or advertise other ORGs unless you have permission from the administration.

X. SELLING ACCOUNTS

It is also a violation to sell your game account in a majority of games, as such you agree to not use this org for commercial purposes which include, but are not limited to, actions such as account buying, account selling, account boosting, hacks, scripts, etc.

XI. DISCLAIMER

Violating rules may result in a warning, temporary mute or ban. The rules enforced by the staff. The staff reserve the right to restrict the use of this server from any individual/s that are disruptive to the integrity of the server.
