The Watchstar Ascendency is founded on the principles of vigilance, innovation, and unity. We, the members, pledge to uphold the security and progress of humanity, taking our place as both its guardians and pioneers. Our aim is to ensure not only survival but a future of strength and ascendance among the stars.

Article One: Mission
Our mission is threefold:
1. Defense of Humanity: To protect UEE territories and all civilian settlements from threats, foremost among them the Vanduul.
2. Technological Advancement: To pursue and develop cutting-edge technologies that will secure our future and enhance our capabilities.
3. Strategic Salvage and Exploration: To secure valuable resources and discoveries that can empower humanity, while expanding our understanding of the cosmos.

Article Two: Structure
1. The Watch Commander shall serve as the leader and visionary of The Ascendency, guiding its mission, appointing its captains, and ensuring alignment with core objectives.
2. Council of Wardens shall consist of senior operatives and strategists, entrusted with overseeing critical operations, including defense initiatives, technological research, and intelligence gathering.
3. Divisions shall operate under the Council’s oversight, each focused on specific tasks: Combat Operations, Technological Research, Salvage & Recon, and Diplomacy & Intelligence.

Article Three: Code of Conduct
1. Duty to the Ascendency: Members shall place the organization’s mission above personal interests.
2. Commitment to Excellence: Members are expected to uphold the highest standards in every operation, reflecting the Ascendency’s reputation.
3. Respect for Unity: Collaboration and respect among divisions and members are paramount, reinforcing our strength as a united force.

1. Members shall receive due support, resources, and honors for their service and commitment.
